Parimal Wagh is an Advocate practising before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and tribunals including RERA and the NCLT. He holds an LL.B. from Government Law College, Mumbai, and began his legal career under Adv. Advait Sethna, working on matters involving agencies like the NCB, CBI, and Government of India.

After enrolling with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, he started independent practice before the Bombay High Court and in 2025, expanded his practice to New Delhi, regularly appearing before the Supreme Court in diverse matters. He has represented international clients, former Chief Ministers, Ministers, and other political figures in high-profile cases.

Parimal is the author of The Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, Simplified RERA, and Dictionary of Basic Economics and is currently based in New Delhi.
