We undertake in-depth legal research, case analysis, and policy review to identify gaps, misuse, and systemic inefficiencies within the criminal justice system. By studying judicial trends, ground realities, and stakeholder inputs, we highlight areas requiring reform and advocate for necessary legal and procedural transformations to ensure fairness, accountability, and protection of fundamental rights.
