People Against Arbitrary Arrests (PAAA) provides pro bono legal assistance before the Supreme Court of India to accused individuals with an annual income below ₹6,00,000.

We offer legal aid to individuals wrongfully implicated in false cases or unjustly confined in custody, particularly the poor and marginalised. Our aim is to protect fundamental rights, prevent misuse of legal processes, and ensure fair access to justice where financial or social barriers would otherwise deny effective legal representation.
